Rules for using Lightning Quest.

Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, visiting, earning, playing, submitting links, using offerwalls, chatting, joining a guild, requesting a withdrawal, or otherwise using https://lightningquest.net, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Lightning Quest.

Eligibility

You must be legally allowed to use rewards, advertising, offerwall, survey, crypto, and payout services in your location. You are responsible for complying with your local laws, tax obligations, wallet rules, exchange rules, and payment provider rules.

• You may not use Lightning Quest where rewards, crypto payouts, offerwalls, ads, or similar services are prohibited.
• We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts from unsupported regions, high-risk regions, sanctioned regions, or locations blocked by partners.

Account Rules

Each person may have one account. Same-household accounts are not allowed. You are responsible for your account, credentials, wallet addresses, payout details, and activity.

• Do not create or use multiple accounts, same-household accounts, shared abuse accounts, fake accounts, bot accounts, or accounts made to bypass cooldowns, limits, bans, reviews, or partner rules.
• Accounts using the same IP address, household, device, browser signals, payment details, wallet details, referral patterns, or other linked signals may be reviewed, limited, merged, suspended, or banned if they appear to be duplicate, coordinated, same-household, or abusive.
• Do not use bots, automation, scripts, macros, emulators, VPN/proxy abuse, traffic manipulation, fake referrals, fake offer completions, stolen accounts, misleading proof, or any method intended to generate rewards unfairly.
• Do not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account without our permission.

Rewards, Coins, XP, and Game Items

Lightning Quest rewards, coins, XP, Surf Points, energy, chests, scrap, boosts, gear, guild perks, leaderboard rewards, and other game items are limited platform features. They are not bank deposits, securities, stored value, or guaranteed cash. We may adjust rewards, odds, prices, caps, boosts, exchange rates, missions, cooldowns, game balance, or earning methods at any time.

• Rewards may be delayed, denied, reversed, reduced, or removed because of fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, partner reversals, chargebacks, tracking failures, suspicious activity, rule violations, technical errors, or manual review.
• Display balances are estimates until rewards are finally approved and paid. Partner callbacks and reversals can arrive later.
• Game odds, chest contents, gear stats, energy systems, and reward values may change to protect the economy, fix bugs, prevent abuse, or improve gameplay.
• No purchase is required to use Lightning Quest. Spending coins inside the game is optional and may be irreversible.

Withdrawals and Crypto Risk

Withdrawals are subject to minimums, availability, manual review, fees, wallet/provider rules, fraud checks, and balance availability. We may delay, reject, reverse, or cancel withdrawal requests if activity appears suspicious or violates these Terms.

• You are responsible for entering correct payout details. Crypto transactions can be irreversible, and we are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or unsupported network provided by you.
• Crypto prices, network fees, transaction times, wallet availability, and payment provider rules can change without notice.
• A declined or reversed withdrawal may return coins to your account without counting as new earnings.
• We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Offerwalls, Ads, Shortlinks, PTC, and Third-Party Services

Lightning Quest works with third-party offerwalls, survey providers, ad networks, shortlink providers, PTC providers, payment providers, wallet providers, and external websites. Their services are controlled by those partners, not by Lightning Quest.

• You must follow each partner's rules and provide truthful information. Partner decisions, disqualifications, reversals, tracking errors, unavailable offers, chargebacks, and bans may affect your rewards.
• Do not complete offers fraudulently, use false information, use another person's identity, use unauthorized payment methods, cancel immediately after reward, or attempt to exploit partner systems.
• We may rely on partner callbacks, transaction IDs, postbacks, reversals, and fraud notices to credit or reverse rewards.
• Ads and external links may lead to third-party sites. Use judgment before downloading software, entering personal information, buying products, or connecting wallets.

Surf, Chat, Guilds, and User Content

Users may submit links, chat messages, guild information, support messages, proof, screenshots, and other content. You are responsible for what you submit.

• Do not submit illegal, malicious, deceptive, adult, hateful, abusive, spammy, infringing, phishing, malware, scam, wallet-drainer, or unsafe content.
• We may review, edit, reject, hide, remove, or report content and may limit or ban accounts that violate content rules.
• Chat is not private. Do not post sensitive personal information, wallet secrets, private keys, passwords, seed phrases, or payment credentials.
• Submitted Surf links must be safe for users and advertisers. We may remove links without refund if they become unsafe, broken, misleading, or noncompliant.

Enforcement

We may investigate accounts and activity at any time. We may warn, restrict, suspend, ban, reset, claw back, reverse rewards, deny withdrawals, remove referrals, remove guild benefits, block IPs/devices, or take other action when needed to protect users, advertisers, partners, or the reward economy.

• Admin decisions may consider IP/device signals, account links, activity patterns, partner reports, withdrawal history, chat behavior, referral behavior, and other risk signals.
• Attempting to exploit a bug, hide duplicate activity, evade a ban, manipulate leaderboards, manipulate Surf traffic, or abuse partner offers can result in loss of rewards and account closure.
• We are not required to pay rewards connected to prohibited activity, partner reversals, technical abuse, or violations of these Terms.

Availability and Changes

Lightning Quest is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may be added, changed, paused, limited, or removed. We may update the site, rewards, game systems, payout methods, minimums, fees, partner integrations, ads, or rules without prior notice.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lightning Quest and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost rewards; lost data; partner decisions; ad issues; tracking failures; wallet errors; crypto network issues; downtime; or unauthorized account access. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the unpaid rewards balance that we determine is valid and not connected to prohibited activity.

Governing Law

Lightning Quest is based in Ontario, Canada. These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise. You agree to first contact support@lightningquest.net and try to resolve disputes informally before taking formal action.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Lightning Quest changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of Lightning Quest after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
